Went for over 10 sessions when I was told 6-8 sessions and the tattoo is still there. I have darker skin so now a lot... of my skin is patchy with white spots all over and it looks like I have vitiligo.... I stopped going to this place years ago because no one picks up or returns phone calls. Now I have to find another place to fix the issues they caused and pay more money. UPDATE: During my consultation for the total removal package, I was quoted 5-6 sessions for two x-small tattoos. I was... told one was in a difficult location and the other was a hard color to remove so they'd probably take a little longer. After SIXTEEN MONTHS of sessions, I tried to reschedule an appointment and was ghosted. After several attempts to contact Mitchell, it's patently obvious I'm being ignored. Not only did this entire process take almost 3x as long as I was told--with $10 charges per visit, so I've paid nearly half again the "package" price--my tattoos are still there. I wouldn't even say they're 50% gone. He gossips about bad reviewers in his office and will then ask you to write a positive review for him. My original review was written after a few sessions when I still believed my tattoos would be removed within 6 months. BUYER BEWARE.Mitchell is friendly and knowledgeable. Mitchell is extremely professional! I have been removing one tattoo with him that has been done twice and he has been... working diligently to get it off I recently started another old tattoo that is coming off very quickly. And I am considering getting my last tattoo removed. The office is extremely clean and he works very quickly to make the process as minimally painful as possible. Tattoo removal obviously does not feel super great but he make sure to work very quickly and that is something that I love about this office. I am typically in and out in under 10 minutes for my two small tattoos. Their prices are the best in the greater Houston area as I have shopped around for a long time before I started my tattoo removal process. I think Mitchell is very nice and professional. I stopped going for over a year because I just couldn't handle the pain... of it, and when I was ready to go back, he answered the phone and agreed to honor my package that I had purchased over a year ago. He mentioned the session fee and I thought that was fair. The amount that he charges for these packages are still much less than you would pay per session at most places, so even if it takes longer than he says, I feel that I'm still getting a good deal. I've been to 5 or 6 sessions since I started all of this and I can see a very noticeable difference in my tattoo. It has faded tremendously.
